From I-75, take Exit 263 – S Marietta Pkwy.  Travel westbound to Cobb Parkway. Turn right on Cobb Parkway. Travel northbound on Cobb Parkway to the intersection of Roswell Rd (the Big Chicken).  Turn left on Roswell Rd. Just past the Civil War Memorial Grounds, turn right on Cole St. Take a right on Washington Avenue and the development is on the left at 351 Washington Avenue.
